NOTICE:
The COVID-19 pandemic is obviously a serious and evolving situation. We at Wisdom Refrigeration ,LLC, are going to do our best to respond, and we are doing our best to stay informed and follow the advice of the CDC. We are asking for your patience and understanding as we try to keep you safe and to keep our technicians out of harm’s way as well.
We want to ensure that our customers continue to have access to heating and cooling services they need to stay safe and well so we are open but are implementing extra precautions.
1.Our technicians will be geared with shoe covers and gloves.
2. We will have minimal interaction with the customer while on site.
3. If paying by credit or debit card you will need to call our office and pay by phone.
If you are needing service, we are asking our customers for the following:
Please inform us if any of your family members or employees have traveled out of the United States since February 15th, please inform us prior to our visit in order that we take any and all necessary precautions.
If we do come into your home or business and you or any of your family members or employees have experienced any of the coronavirus symptoms, please let us know. If you call to schedule our employees may ask you questions, and in some instance’s we may ask to reschedule our visit.
While we are in your home or business we have asked our technicians not to shake hands. We hope that you understand. Our technicians have been encouraged to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water and will be using hand sanitizer and or gloves.
While during normal visits we encourage our technicians to interact with our customers, we are asking to keep it to minimum. Again, we hope you understand.
